Policies & Terms
What we collect. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address and any message you write. If you call us, we record your number in our CRM.
Why we collect it. Solely to contact you about the course you enquired about — sending the syllabus, sharing batch dates, and booking a demo class.
Who we share it with. We do not sell or rent your details. Data is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and is accessible only to Digital Hat Academy admissions staff. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics, which set cookies to measure ad performance.
How long we keep it. Until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months after your last contact with us, whichever comes first.
Your choices. Email [email protected] or call +91-9030671212 to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages from us. We action requests within 7 working days.
The course. Digital Hat Academy provides a 60-day digital marketing training programme delivered in classroom and online formats at our Hyderabad branches. Course duration, module order and batch timings may be adjusted; enrolled students are notified in advance of any change.
Fees. The current promotional fee is ₹10,000 against a regular price of ₹20,000. Promotional pricing is time-limited and may be withdrawn or changed without notice. The fee quoted at the time of your enrolment is the fee that applies to you.
What is included. Live sessions, session recordings, course materials, mentor-supervised campaign practice, and a course completion certificate. Community access continues after the course ends.
What is not included. We do not offer an internship, a job placement guarantee, or any assurance of a specific salary or income outcome. Any ad spend on your own personal campaigns beyond the supervised practice budget is your own cost.
Conduct. Course materials and recordings are for your personal use. Redistributing or reselling them ends your enrolment without refund.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Before the batch starts. Cancel any time before your batch's first session and you receive a full refund of the course fee.
Within the first 7 days. If you attend and decide within the first 7 days of your batch that the course isn't right for you, write to us and we will refund your fee less a ₹1,000 administration charge.
After 7 days. Fees are non-refundable once you are more than 7 days into a batch, because trainer time and campaign budget have already been committed to your seat. You may instead defer your seat once, free of charge, to any batch starting within the next 6 months.
If we cancel. If Digital Hat Academy cancels or postpones a batch and no alternative batch works for you, you receive a full refund.
How to request. Email [email protected] with your name and batch. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Digital Hat Academy is a training institute. We teach digital marketing skills and give you supervised practice running real campaigns. We do not guarantee employment, freelance clients, a specific salary, or any particular business result.
